We have formed this organization to create a coherent environment where we are working together as partners! We've invested in things to show our level of commitment (see below)!.
We deal in a professional and straight forward method. You should expect MORE from the staffing agencies that you are dealing with and expect them to operate at an extremely high level of ethics and delivery. It is our goal to set a new standard for staffing agencies, and bring back the focus on doing the right thing and not focusing on purely making money. Business to Business Relationships!
StaffingExperts works with both types of business contractors. We always encourage our candidates to select the most competitive rates possible, however we will not ever tell you what your rate is going to be, as that is your decision and up to you on how competitive you will be. We expect a high level of ethics and standards from the people whom we work with, and you can expect the same from us!.

Incorporations - You will be an independent subcontractor. Use your own incorporation for a contract! This is a very standard option, and could be the best for you. Talk to an accountant for advise on if your situation would be best suited to incorporate!

Sole Proprietors - Work as a sole proprietor. You will be an independent subcontractor. You have the flexibility of your own sole proprietorship, however, you are solely responsible for your own tax remittances and contributions.
Available Insurance Coverage!
Independent consultants are required by most organizations to hold Comprehensive General Liability (CGL) and Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions) insurance to work on client sites. Individually, these expenses can cost thousands of dollars per year, however StaffingExperts Solutions Inc. has available insurance coverage for consultants who are working on contracts assigned by StaffingExperts Solutions Inc. Our coverage limits include:
- $5,000,000 Comprehensive General Liability (CGL) Limit.
- $2,000,000 Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions) Limit.

Independant Third Party Reference Checks and Security Checks
We have partnered with one of the countries leading Background and Pre-employment screening organizations. Backcheck provides un-biased reference checks that are provided to our clients at no additional fee. Backcheck has never met our candidates, so their only motivation is to help our clients know who they are hiring.

StaffingExperts Referral Program (SERP)
Up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500) will be paid out to you if you refer candidates whom we have never met and that are successfully placed in a 3+ month contract or permanent opportunity through StaffingExperts.
